Dr. Marikay Forst

Dr. Marikay Forst has over 25 years of Human Resources and Organizational Development experience. She started the Human Resources division at Lincoln Investment and subsequently served as the Vice-President, Human Resources and Head of Learning and Development for the company. Marikay’s areas of expertise include leadership development, executive coaching, team effectiveness, change management and organizational decision making. One of Marikay’s unique skills is her ability to listen intently to many organizational stakeholders, understand the most important messages, and translate their feedback into actionable goals.

Marikay created a product that she provides to organizations as a first step in developing a learning function using online resources. She is a lecturer and research coach for the University of Pennsylvania Chief Learning Officer doctoral program. Marikay is also an adjunct faculty member at Eastern University where she teaches Leadership Communication Strategies and Group Dynamics.

Marikay earned a doctoral degree from the Chief Learning Officer Program at the University of Pennsylvania, and a Master of Science degree in Group Process and Group Psychotherapy from Hahnemann University (Drexel). She also holds the designations of SHRM-SCP and SPHR from the HR Certification Institute. She is certified to administer the Center for Creative Leadership’s 360 degree feedback instrument, Benchmarks and has experience with the Hogan 360 and CliftonStrengths Assessments. An ICF certified coach, Marikay helps leaders and organizations succeed.
